Power Pack

The power pack features 8 EVParts CI12 cell interface modules. This allows 96 cell voltages and 48 temperature sensors to be monitored. CI12 With JWPF Connectors Potted

The power pack features an EVParts Dual CAN CCS current sensor module. This acts as the BMS master, controlling contactors monitoring the pack state and responding to control inputs. 

The power pack features an EVParts IM insulation monitoring device. This constantly measures the safety critital isolation resitance between the HV battery terminals and the grounded enclosure. IMD PCB

The power pack features an EVParts PCD precharge/discharge module. This allows the DC bus voltage to be equalised in a controlled manner at startup. It features high performance current limiting PTC resistors, temperature monitoring and a protective fuse.

Power Pack

Fused MSD – The manual service disconnect fuse allows the module to be made safe before undertaking any hazardous repair operations.

Lifting Points – The pack was designed with utility in mind, these lift points allow the pack to be easily placed or removed from the target vehicle.

Pressure Relief Burst Vent – In the event of a catastrophic call failure, any expanding gasses will be safely vented out of this controlled pressure relief path.

400V Power Pack Module

This power pack is designed to seamlessly replace the original engine and integrate with a new electric drive system in an existing vehicle. The power pack, weighing only 125kg, offers 17.7 kWh of energy storage capacity and includes all necessary peripherals, such as an on-board AC charger and a 400V/12V DC-DC converter. It utilizes a 96S pack configuration and features CAN bus communication for external system integration. Since it is controlled by our own Dual CAN CCS BMS master module, the firmware can be easily reconfigured to handle system control tasks. For instance, this example reads the throttle input, controls the drive system, and communicates with a CAN bus display to provide the operator with live system status.
